For Champion’s evolving retail strategy, I collaborated with The Extraordinary Office, who developed the spatial retail concept. My role was to translate this vision into a comprehensive and accessible format.
The result is a 200-page Retail Playbook that captures the full design system, bringing together spatial principles, visual guidelines, and practical applications into one cohesive document.
Designed as both an inspirational and operational tool, the Playbook provides clear direction for future retail roll-outs across different locations and formats. It bridges concept and execution, ensuring consistency while allowing for local flexibility.
